TYM Australia and your Dealer want you to be completely
satisfied with your investment. Normally any problems with
your equipment will be handled by your Dealer's Service
Department, however, misunderstanding can occur. If you
feel that your problem has not been handled to your satisfaction,
we suggest the following.
Contact the Owner or General Manager of the
Dealership, explain the problem and request assistance.
When additional assistance is needed your Dealer has direct
access to our office. If you cannot obtain satisfaction
by doing this then you can contact TYM Australia directly
and provide us with the following information:
- Your name, address and telephone number
- Tractor Model and Serial Number
- Your Dealer's name and address
- Machine purchase date and the hours used
- Give a description of the problem you
are experiencing
Before contacting TYM Australia be aware that
your problem will likely be resolved at the Dealership,
using the Dealers facilities, equipment and personnel. It
is important that your initial contact be with the Dealer
that sold you the machine.
